Scheduling policies

Cancellations, timing, and provider requests.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the applicable service fee.

  • A new-client no-show results in an automatic booking restriction
  • Returning clients may be restricted after three no-shows

Grace Period & Late Arrival

Sugar Bee offers a 10-minute grace period for most services and a 5-minute grace period for quick services such as bikini or underarm.

  • Late arrival may shorten the service or make it impossible to perform
  • Add-ons may be removed to prioritize the primary service
  • Applicable service fees still apply

Appointment Timing

Appointments may shift by up to 15 minutes for scheduling optimization. Clients are notified by text. Provider requests are welcomed but cannot always be guaranteed.

Studio environment

Who and what may enter the studio and treatment room.

Treatment Room

Only the client receiving the service may be in the treatment room, except when an accompanying adult is required for a minor or when someone is acting as a caregiver for a person with a disability.

Children

No children under 14 are permitted inside Sugar Bee. Arriving with a child may result in cancellation of the appointment and application of the 50% cancellation fee.

Animals

Trained service animals are welcome as required by law and must remain under the handler's control. Pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted.

Studio Conduct

Filming, video calls, and photography are not permitted in treatment rooms.

Safety & professional boundaries

Service readiness and Sugar Bee's right to refuse service.

Service Readiness

Services may not be performed when open or broken skin, active irritation, signs of infection, healing tattoos or piercings, medication contraindications, recent procedures, hygiene concerns, or other safety contraindications are present.

Postpartum Brazilian Services

Physician clearance is required only when a client requests a Brazilian service within the first two months postpartum.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Sugar Bee may refuse or discontinue a service when safety concerns, contraindications, inappropriate behavior, harassment, policy violations, hygiene concerns, or other circumstances prevent the service from being performed safely and professionally. Applicable fees may apply when the inability to provide the service results from the client's conduct, condition, or failure to follow disclosed policies.

Tips & Gifts

Gratuities are always appreciated but never required. Card gratuities may be added at checkout, and cash gratuities may be handed directly to the service provider.
